ABSTRACT

The current article shortly exposes the history of the Federation or Association of Pharmacists of Matanzas between 1926 and 1945. It appeared with the objective of defending the interests of its members and of following the certain steps made in Havana for the creation of the Pharmaceutical Federation of Cuba. The work allowed us getting deeper in the Association functioning, the executive committee that represented it, its rules and its relevant aspects.
