ABSTRACT

A bibliographical revision upon the life was carried out and work of the Dra. Helen Brooke Taussig to bring to light to ours professional the important contribute scientists that in the cardiopedriatic carried out in spite of its limitations and prejudices of the epoch. Its biography is described briefly and chronology of its more prominent results, as well as the result obtained by so noticeable scientist and exceptional woman.
