ABSTRACT

Rheumatoid Arthritis is a disease, systemic inflammatory disease, of unknown etiology, most common in women between 30 and 50 years, which is manifested by joint inflammation and anatomical differences leading to deformity and dysfunction. Patients present with changes in most of the joints by erosive reactions to cartilage and synovium of these structures, which to observe and differentiate in radiographs may be the first line for the start of study and treatment, even if they are asymptomatic, analysis of such changes on radiographs will be the focus of this article.
