ABSTRACT

Discoid lupus erythematosus (DLE) is an uncommon disease in children. Lower than 2% of patients develop it before age 10 years and only few cases have been reported. We present a 3 year –old male with discoid lupus erythematosus cutaneous of chronic course and considerations about the clinical course and histologic findings in the childhood.
