ABSTRACT

Supernumerary kidney is a rare renal anomaly, less than 100 cases had been reported in the international literature. We present a new case, of a supernumerary kidney found in a 33 years old female patient, during the study of a urinary tract infection associated with hematuria using classic radiological studies as IVP and retrograde pyelography.
