ABSTRACTIn reproductive medicine OHSS is one of the most severe complications that need to be minimized or completely eliminated in assisted reproductive techniques (ART). Recognized as a iatrogenic event due to the controlled ovarian hyperstimulation induced to achieve a pregnancy. The prevention, treatment and early diagnosis are the goals of this manuscript.
