ABSTRACT

Nowadays the echocardiography is a tool more for professionals of intensive medicine, thus, it is very important not only to be familiarized with this technique, but that we may move at least until a basic level to know to interpret that we see and that be useful for the management of the critical patient. Authors propose a algorithm for the carrying out or transthoracic echocardiography focused to critical patient.
