ABSTRACT

Primary breast lymphoma is an uncommon clinical entity that represents 0.05% of all breast tumors. Phenotypically, most of these neoplasias correspond to diffuse large B cells lymphomas and are associated with a poor prognostic. This paper presents a clinical case about a 69 years old woman that came to our Institution with a breast mass. Biopsy confirms the diagnosis of primary breast lymphoma; she was treated with 4 cycles of CHOP (cyclophosphamide, vincristine, doxorubicin and prednisone) and external radiotherapy. She has had a 4-year disease-free survival.
