ABSTRACT

The norms in the activity of centralized preparation of cytostatic mixtures and the standards of quality of the oncological pharmaceutical services, based on the Good Practices of Factory (BPM) and of Pharmacy (BPF) they constitute an important objective for the development from the attention to the oncological patient for that that the personnel in charge of the preparation, manipulation and dispensation should be upgraded and to train based on the current knowledge of the BPM and BPF, charging great importance the formation of the workers, so that, besides knowing the risk, be motivated to minimize them with the adapted work techniques. The exhibition of the personnel to this fármacos type, not only depends on the number of preparations / administrations for day that carries out, but of the cautions and technical of work that take during its manipulation. With the objective of making a training directed to the elaborating personnel of cytostatic intravenous mixtures, based on the BPM and whose serious destination so much to the pharmacy personnel like of infirmary he/she underwent the consideration and later approval for the Scientific Council of the INOR and surrendered to those responsible for training of the center for their popularization, a course of 132 hours of duration (so much in theoretical hours as practical) that it embraces important topics so that the final result of the object to form elaborates a product with the required quality and without the affectation of the environment and the operative.
