ABSTRACT

Twelve year old female complains of low back pain, paresthesias and fever for the past six months. Her family history was relevant for pulmonary tuberculosis. Twenty days before admission she presented liquid leak from a 3 cm mass in the spine at the level of T12-L1, she also had diminished muscular strength in the right leg, pain and difficulty walking.
