ABSTRACT

Headache is a common symptom of consultation by the pregnant patient in the emergency department. In the majority of cases the causes that give rise to this symptom does not represent a real threat to the life of the mother and / or fetus. Conducting a detailed medical history and a good physical examination can help differentiate important diseases that maybe a risk to patients.
