ABSTRACT

Endometriosis is a benign, chronic and multifactorial disease that affects women in reproductive age. It is strongly clinically related to infertility and affects 30-40% of infertile women around the world. Its physiopathology is not clear so its management depends on its stage, patient’s age, comorbilities, masculine factor, tubaric function and desire of fertility. Endometriosis associated infertility treatment varies from expectant, assisted reproduction therapies and surgery and it is still controversial. This is why this article intends to analyze new evidence in management of patients with endometriosis associated infertility that wish to conceive.
