ABSTRACT
Hemorrhoids are one of the
most common anorectal
diseases in the population.
Hemorrhoidectomy Ferguson
and Michigan-Morgan were
the most commonly used for
their efficiency techniques;
the objective of this study
is to compare conventional
hemorrhoidectomy with a
relatively new technique that
was first described in 2001,
and has an excellent efficiency
with morbidities lower than
conventional techniques. This
was done using rabdomizados
comparative reviews and meta
analysis 2008 to date, where
the Ligasure had better results
in terms of pain, surgical time,
efficiency, less bleeding and
days to return to work and
perform normal life.
