Linfoma No Hodgkin difuso de células grandes

ABSTRACT

Background: Malignant neoplasms of lymphoid tissue cell lines emerge from the immune system in various states of differentiation. The Non Hodgkin Linfoma is the fifth leading cause of cancer in the United States. Of all aggressive lymphoma subtypes the Diffuse Non Hodgkin large B-cell lymphoma is the most common, accounting for 30% of all diagnoses of adult non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The incidence of Primary Colorectal lymphomas corresponds to 10-20% of gastrointestinal lymphomas. Methods: literature review of articles and medical and surgeon current magazines Results and conclusions: The age, general condition at the time of diagnosis, serum lactate dehydrogenase, extranodal involvement and assessment of tumor burden are factors used in the forecasts of the disease. Initial medical treatment of patients with Diffuse Non Hodgkin Giant B Cells Lymphoma should be with a combination chemotherapy regimen.
