ABSTRACTObjective: Identify the level of resilience according to the scale of resilience school sibling of a patient with a disability of the clinic, from the Center of Rehabilitation Children Telethon, CRIT Chihuahua. Design: Descriptive, transversal. Methods: Applied them scale resilience School of Eugenio Saavedra and Castro, reliable and validated, after signing an informed consent of the parents of the brothers of patient of the clinic C. using descriptive statistics, measures of central tendency, and association. Results: Of the 47 brothers included, 57.4% women. Firstborn 59.74%, with ERE 50% medium level. Second 37.17%, with ERE of 47.1%. Third 4.25% with an ere average level of 50%. Conclusion: Agree subsidiary hierarchy and the ability of resiliency among brethren with a disability not a relationship exists between them; Yet their tendency is a level of resilience.
