ABSTRACT
In the medical exercise newspaper of the rheumatologic, find feminine patients that they want to have children in addition to suffering of some rheumatic’s illnesses, is evident that these two conditions can complicate the health of the patient and in a lot of occasions the ones of his descendants, by what is forced to know like handling these circumstances to be able to arrive to finish with a happy childbirth; it is a measure imposter gable between others, that the illness rheumatic’s illnesses east in reference to be able to schedule the pregnancy, on the other hand, is a professional responsibility orient to the patient and his familiar as it has to realize this conception; through this editorial, offer some reflections that can be of utility in the moment of the taking of decisions in front of these situations.
