ABSTRACT
Symptomatic adult patient with coronary fistula to left ventricle and repercussion due to coronary steal (ischemia) and volume overload. What is peculiar of this case is that both fistulas, marginal obtuse and anterior descending arteries, converge before emptying in the dorsal base of the left ventricle. We achieved a successful occlusion of both by way of micro-coils placed through the anterior descending artery.
