ABSTRACT

Arachnoid cysts also known as leptomeningeal cysts, are technically intra-arachnoid cysts from congenital abnormality, compromise 1% of intracranial masses, most asymptomatic, usually diagnosed in early childhood and its growth is due to several circumstances. A case of a 22 years old man is presented which started with partial motor epilepsy due to a fronto-parietal arachnoid cyst, managed initially with anti-epileptic drug and surgically thereafter due to cyst growth and important bone erosion.
