ABSTRACT

The exercise testing with ventilatory gas analysis is a method diagnosis that allows us to value the physical conditioning and the oxygen up take (VO2) during the effort. It consists of making the effort under medical checkup with aims diagnoses and prognoses to all patient with equal orless than 40% ejection fraction respiratory exchange ratio in patients with chronic insufficiency cardiac.
