ABSTRACT

he purpose of this article is to describe the modified endaural approach technique to the temporomandibular joint that allows a good operative field visualization, multiple surgical procedures realization for varied pathologies, low morbility and it produces and almost imperceptible surgical scar. It is shown in pictures their execution step by step.
