Report of two cases of duodenal obstruction secondary to seminoma

ABSTRACT
Report of two cases. First case: a 57 years old male with symptoms of intestinal obstruction, imaging studies are performed where we observed retroperitoneal mass compressing fourth portion of duodenum. Second case: a 35 years old male with a history of testicular cancer seven years ago, who started suffering with gastrointestinal bleeding, endoscopic duodenal obstruction is observed and solved with gastrojejunoanastomosis. Both cases of obstruction were secondary to testicular cancer.
