Crowns and implant structures of In-Ceram zirconia

ABSTRACT

Metal free restorations have increased in demand from patients every day. Today there are several alternatives available. Actually, patients ask for a better esthetic, they don’t accept a blue/dark margin anymore. The only available option was Empress 2, but this system is limited to anterior restorations, maybe to first bicuspid, with this new ceramic zirconia system (In-Ceram) we are able to do single crowns, implant structures and even posterior as well as anterior bridges without any metal substructure.
