ABSTRACT

An applied investigation was carried out with the objective of designing an application for the Database of the Users´ Registration of the Point of Presence from the Health Technology School (FATESA), in order to guarantee the necessary control and security in the access of users to the net of Infomed and Internet in this institution. The research was done from September 2009 to March 20110. The software MySQL was used as agent of the database, as well as an application Web for the interface with the system. For the web the Macromedia Dreamweaver MX editor was used, and also the programming languages JavaScript, HTML and PHP. The Database has two entrance forms and several consultations. This base constitutes a pertinent and reliable scientific tool for making the suitable decisions, since the obtained information, as a result of its execution is outstanding, and offers security, dynamism and coherence in the handling of the information.
