ABSTRACT
At present time the development of the Systems of Information for the Direction in Health in our country, it conditions the formation of professionals of high quality and great sense of ownership, that they integrate the staff of the first level of direction of each entity. In consequence it is of vital importance that the professors have an excellent preparation in order to guide the process of teaching-learning with efficiency, then the preparation of the universitary professors, in particular, becomes for the state a priority of the higher medical education.This applied pedagogical investigation concludes with a course of postgraduate degree for the professors of the Faculty of Health Technology, in the development of systems of data bases, that allows to endow those of tools in order to create systems of data bases.
The search of the course gave positive results and allowed to verify their viability how form of professional studies. It is recommended to extend the proposal to the Virtual Classroom of the Faculty of Health Technology and to carry out periodic editions of the same.
