ABSTRACT

Classic dermoscopic algorithms for evaluation of melanocytic lesions –ABCD, 7-point check-list and others–, are useless in certain areas, including head, facial or acral zones. This is a review of current approaches to melanocytic lesions in special anatomical regions.
