ABSTRACT

We present a case of a patient with congenital symptomatic cyst of the seminal vesicle associated with ipsilateral renal agenesis should be considered in men with irritative voiding symptoms, fever, perineal pain and other genitourinary complains of unclear etiology. This entity is very rare, the literature reports less 120 cases; this was treated through a laparoscopic approach. The clinical aspects, diagnosis and actual treatment are reviewed.
