ABSTRACT

We report the case of an infant with ampullary erythematous lesions with serous content, with laminate desquamation of scaly and crusty yellowish elements of widespread distribution, with slight malaise. The characteristic clinical appearance and general laboratory tests guide our diagnosis and timely introduction of medical management, with favorable outcome.
