ABSTRACT

Odontogenic sinus tract are abnormal channel originating from infectious processes affecting root tips, eroding mandibular or maxillary bones to form a path that leads to the skin surface near the oral cavity.

The diagnosis is suspected clinically and confirmed by performing panoramic radiographs and with contrast media. Surgical treatment is required.
