ABSTRACT

Leishmaniasis is a group of zoonoses, produced by a lashed protozoan of the gender Leishmania, transmitted by sand fly. This affects the skin and the mucous membranes. The disease occurs throughout the Americas, from Texas to Argentina, and in the Old World, particularly the Middle East and North Africa. We present the case of a four years-old girl, who presents a ulcer in the face during nine months
