ABSTRACT

In the following article we got deep in the life of a doctor already gone, Samuel Sánchez Ruiz who lived here, in Colón, with the aim of pointing out his devotion to medicine and, in this way, rendering him the proper homage. It was given attention to aspects of his life and work, emphasizing his work in teaching, management and his consecration to internal medicine, as well as his devotion to the assignments given him by the Revolution in our country and abroad.
