ABSTRACT

This surgical gem consists of a series of photographs documenting medial canthal defect closure by harvesting the contralateral upper lid, fixing the full thickness graft into the defect, and sacrificing the excess supra-tarsal skin on the grafted side, thereby achieving symmetry. Virtual invisibility accompanies complete preservation of eyelid function.
