ABSTRACT

Deep transformations have been generated in the process and use of information at present, particularly, in the field of the public health. For this, an extended net of products, services and traditional and advanced information sources is available, as well as a wide group of specialists and institutions dedicated to these purposes; however, inadequacies are observed in the work carried out in the information institutions in regard to the use of the human resources and materials to fulfil such an important mission. The aim of this study is to implement a didactic strategy which facilitates the intended dissemination of information for the health promotion and prevention of diseases, by means of a system of effective actions reaching all the sectors of society.
