McCune-Albright syndrome. Case report

ABSTRACT
Aten year-old male patient presented with a two month history of abdominal pain, colic-like in nature,
and relieved by simple analgesics. His parents also reported a long history of diffuse pigmented, macular,
whorled skin lesions. On physical exam he was observed to be well-nourished and generally
healthy. Skin exam revealed multiple brown macular lesions on the upper and lower limbs. Also brachydactyly,
brachymetacarpy and brachymetatarsy were noted.
