Medical consultancy to doctors that accomplishes internationalist collaboration in intensive cares units in 'República Bolivariana de Venezuela'

ABSTRACT
Strategy for the exchange of information, collective discussion of cases, medical care, social and personal one to seven basic general doctors that were graduated of the Diplomat in Intensive Medicine and Emergencies of the Hospital "Martires del 9 de Abril" in November of 2011 and are completing internationalist mission in the Centers of Integral Diagnosis in the Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela. Descriptive, qualitative investigation, developed among January to September of 2012. By means of electronic mail messages they were discussed in way collective 31 patients and they were guided with relationship to the diagnosis and treatment to three doctors that got sick. Most of the discussed patient presented high blood pressure emergencies, infectious illnesses and traumatisms. All the doctors participated in the collective discussions. They were carried out exchanges of social and personal information with the physicians. The project was evaluated of excellent by the participants. It intends to generalize the present experience by means of clever of distribution of several thematic in the one that the doctors that collaborate participate or they complete collaborative missions.REFERENCES
