Pyogenic Granuloma, new clinical focus

ABSTRACT

It is showed a patient of 50 years of age that after suffering a trauma a cutaneous injury appears in lip and continued growing up, so this patient became worried about it and went to see a doctor. Several presumptive diagnoses were made and one of them was a possible Pyogenic Granuloma which was corraborated with a histopathological study. The Pyogenic Granuloma (PG), otherwise called lobular capillary hemangioma (LCH), is a benign vascular proliferation of fast growth that can be found in the skin or the hypoderm.
