ABSTRACT

The melanociticos nevus is the most frequent neoplasia in the human species. The clinical atipicidad and dermatoscopic are a sign of alert to keep in mind in the dermatology consultations. Three cases of the dermatoscopic consultation are presented in the county of Matanzas. The dermatoscopic showed that most of the nevus classified as of high risk for the clinic were of low risk for dermatoscopy, for what is useful for the pediatric patient's pursuit diminishing the number of surgeries and the danger that these they represent. It contributes to reinforce patron established dermatoscopics or to facilitate new contributions.
