ABSTRACT

The pancreatic adenocarcinoma despite being a rare entity, has a very high mortality. This is because their symptoms is evident until later stages, the blood tests are not specific imaging techniques although they are effective, are not performed as the protocol in all patients and often when it is diagnosed the patient already in surgical unresectable stages of the disease, neoadjuvant and adjuvant therapies haven´t shown very significant change in survival.
