ABSTRACT

A case report of a 56-year-old woman who underwent a left radical mastectomy for breast cancer together with postoperative chemo and radiation therapy is described. The patient used a silicone external prosthesis following surgery. She developed a sclerodermiform plaque in the scar area two years later. The histopathological study was consistent with morphea.
