ABSTRACT

Lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the skin is a rare tumor recently described. We present a 85 year-old woman with a lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma of the skin, on her chin. We stress the importance of histopathological and immunohistochemical studies for a definitive diagnosis. It is imperative to rule out metastatic lymphoepithelioma by radiographic techniques and otorrhinolaryngic examination.
