ABSTRACT

Two cases of adquired hidrocystoma localized in penis and glans, without others clinical manifestations are reported. The first case showed dermal cysts lined by epithelial cells without signs of decapitation. In the second case, the cells of the epithelium showed signs of secretion and decapitation. We think that these cases of apocrine hidrocystoma represent tumoral cystic hyperplasias.
