ABSTRACT

The partial implementation of the strategy for the permanent training of the investigative culture in health technicians was carried out in "Dr. Juan Manuel Páez Inchausti" Health Technology Faculty from Santiago de Cuba, during the courses 2012-2013 and 2013-2014, for which methods and techniques which allowed to start from the essential elements of the process of the professional's investigative training to its particularities in the current Cuban university context were used. This constitutes a viable and effective alternative, supported in a scientist - investigative culture acquired from a proactive transforming practice.
