ABSTRACT

The professional qualities and the unconditional support to the Cuban revolution of Félix Fernando Leyva Urquiza, a doctor from Cienfuegos, are exalted. He had an active participation in the insurrectional fights and later on he stands out as specialist in radiology. When moving to Santiago de Cuba he began his educational work, where he puts his knowledge at the service of the preparation and training of the imagenology technicians in Santiago.
