ABSTRACT

Has settled down that the nonfulfillment of the treatment is the main cause that no benefits they obtained that the medications can provide to the patients (OMS, 2003). The lack of adherence in the patient, it can impede its recovery of an illness or lesion and it can alter its health seriously. Objective: To know the percentage of patient in indifference, the grade that the factors and their correlation intervened with the attachment lack to the treatment. Method: It was evaluated to patient bigger than 60 years using Morrinsky-Green's test and Martin-Bayarre-Grau. Results: You interviews 195 patients, he/she was 69% of therapeutic no-adherence. Conclusions: The masculine sex prevails in the noadherence being the factors of more relevance those related to the doctor and the medication.
