Discoveries of inflammatory arthropatic in patient with psoriasis

ABSTRACT

Introduction: the psoriasis is an inflammatory illness that has different clinical presentations, he/she can appear to any age and it is described that it can affect to both sexes although with slight prevalence in the masculine sex. Inside the multiple clinical manifestations it is to highlight the taking of the axial skeleton and peripheral being denominated psoriatic arthropatic.
Objective: to evaluate the behaviour of the patients with psoriasis and the arthropatic existence.
Methodology: I study descriptive in 63 patients with psoriasis. For the positive diagnosis they were kept in mind the approaches of the ASAS group. The demographic variable partner was described obtained through a survey that contained so much clinical elements as radiological useful to confirm the diagnosis of the illness.
Results: the patients prevailed bigger than 50 years; the masculine sex with 74.6 %, the arthritis psoriásica was more frequent in the feminine sex with 6 women. The family antecedents of psoriasis were of 57.8 % for those that suffered psoriasis and 36 % for those that also have arthritis. The time of illness of cutaneous psoriasis was bigger than the patients with arthritis. In connection with the affectation unquail, in the patients with cutaneous psoriasis showed in 15.1% and in the patients with arthritis in 63.6 %. The sick persons with arthritis began the psoriasis before in 81.8 %. The clinical form of habitual presentation of the psoriasis was of 54 % in badge and of the patients with arthritis 81.8 % presented polyarthritis.
Conclusions: the presence of ungüeal affectation is an element to keep in mind in the possible appearance of psoriatic arthritis.
