ABSTRACT

Terra firma-forme dermatosis is an entity that usually appears in children and young adults with good hygiene habits, contrary to what might be expected. Only a few cases of this entity have been published and its real prevalence is undervalued, so it is probably more common than it was thought. We illustrate a 16-year-old girl diagnosed with terra firma-forme dermatosis whose clinical presentation made it difficult to get a correct initial diagnosis.
