ABSTRACT

Syphilis is an infectious disease of high prevalence that is often called the «great imitator» because its polymorphism lesion. Malignant syphilis is a severe form of secondary syphilis also known as nodular-ulcerative syphilis. The authors present two cases of early malignant syphilis and emphasize the importance of awareness of HIV patients about sexual risk behaviors.
