ABSTRACT

There is consistent evidence that the individual council increases the probability to cease smoking compared to the intensive support. Ever more if this council is personalized, in periodical seasons (6 to 8 ideally) of 31 to 90 minutes, given by health personnel and especially by doctors. If it is possible it's got to be proactive. It’s been seen that even if the nicotine replacement added to the individual therapy augments the ceasing of smoking, the augmentation is not relevant compared to the individual therapy alone. And this one being available ubiquitously is the treatment by excellence to quit smoking (Evidence type A).
