ABSTRACT

We report a male 64 year-old with a one year history of a psoriasiform and nodular plaque in the abdomen. The biopsy showed a granulomatous infiltrate with giant cells and PAS positive fungal structures. Trichophyton Rubrum was isolated and remission was complete with oral terbinafine.
