ABSTRACT

Lipoatrophia semicircularis (LS) is a rare benign disorder associated with specific working conditions. Clinically it is characterized by a semicircular linear depression on the anterior aspect of both thighs and it’s diagnosed by clinical findings. Two female patients presented with the characteristic lesions as described in this paper related to their office work. Diagnosis was performed and treatment was the modification of their work environment.
