Psychological balance. The essence of the enigma in the treatment of patient with Fibromyalgia

ABSTRACT
The fibromyalgia is one of the most frequent rheumatic illnesses that affects to the feminine sex fundamentally limiting the perception of the quality of the patients' life that you/they suffer it. Multiple they are the elements that think about that they intervene in the appearance of the pain, but without a doubt some an important element is the psychological affectation that you/they present the same ones; achieving an appropriate control of the psychological sphere the clinical manifestations of this pathology is minimized. In this report a 19 year-old patient is presented with diagnostic of this entity in the one that the psychological dysfunctions play a fundamental list in the appearance of the accompanying sintomatologyc.
